OPTIMIZING SWA'S MODEL STORMWATER REGULATION FOR ADMINISTRATIVE EASE AND EFFECTIVENESS    The Model Stormwater Regulation protects surface water quality by requiring measures to infiltrate stormwater instead of increasing runoff from small land development sites. It is actively being adopted by at least 12 municipalities in the Coastal Watershed. This roundtable discussion is an opportunity to share experiences in implementing the regulation and improving it for future users.
